Short Answer: No Camera Required

To play Just Dance on the Nintendo Switch, you don't need a camera. Surprise! The game uses the Joy-Con controllers to track your movements.

You can't use Kinect or any other cameras for Just Dance on any of the new Xbox consoles. Both consoles will have only have the option to use the controller app on your phone. The only console that allows you to play without phone is the Nintendo Switch with the option to use joycons.
