What consoles will Just Dance 2024 be on? ›

It was unveiled on June 12, 2023 during the Ubisoft Forward June 2023 presentation as the fifteenth installment in the series and the second annual song pack after its predecessor Just Dance 2023 Edition. The game was released on October 24, 2023 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.

Some editions of Just Dance 2023 Edition come with a Code-In-Box*. To activate the game on Xbox Series X|S, you need to redeem your code. All players will receive one copy of the game with each Code-In-Box purchased.

Previous Just Dance games on PlayStation let you use the PlayStation Camera or the PlayStation Move motion controllers. Unfortunately, everything after Just Dance 2023 only uses the mobile app.

This year's version of Just Dance 2024 is not a stand alone game. At least, that is, not if you already own 2023. If that's the case, then the two games glop together into a single game, with the tracks from both of them showing up in a single UI, now simply entitled "Just Dance".

Not to mention, the Xbox Series X/S does not have a Kinect camera either. Instead, most gamers will have to download the newest Just Dance app on their smartphone devices to play this game. The latest app is only compatible with Just Dance 2023 and Just Dance 2024.

In order to enable camera scoring compatibility with the maps listed below, if you have already downloaded the songs then you must erase and re-download the maps from your console.

The game is rated E-10+ because it contains some songs with expletives (e.g., "a*s") and suggestive or crude content (e.g., "You're a womanizer," "She spent her twenties between the sheets," and a "PMS" insult).

Yes, I bought the 2024 version, despite the Nintendo e-shop saying that I was buying a game that I already had. And it worked perfectly. So, now my Just Dance (which was the 2023 version, automatically updated to 2024, but without the 2024 songs) now has the 2023 and 2024 songs.
